ok well the forums have been quiet for a few days, so i decided to open a thread where we can go in to talk about anything on our minds. Right now it is currently 4:43 in the morning Im so used to staying up late, its not healthy lol if i am correct, i will be getting my upgraded computer back this week. Since i've been on v-mode, my ranking has gone down tremendously, so i cant wait to get back to business.

btw, i dont know if i asked already but does anyone else play in another uni besides 42?

I just recently joined uni40 to test as a fleeter, so far is going well =]
many probes sent my way but no one has yet found my fleet
only problem is, this universe has WAY to many players with moons. I have a feeling that soon i will get phalanexed lol Hopefully i can build 1667 Lfs in time for a try at a moonshot.

Hows life treating everyone so far?

i would like to build a turtle moon

a turtle moon sounds good,
ogame is so much easier when you have a moon, especially if your a miner and selling to high rank players.

Does anyone know the average size of a moon with the moonchance at 20%?
I have had a couple of moons before but its been awhile that i forget it all.

Well, on the subject of moons and other universes, I used to play in 8 and 13 (.org), and got my first and only moon in universe 8. It was a good day!

However, one of my alliance mates (rank 8 ) had 52 moonshots before his first moon! All 20% moonshots, as well! In that time, he gave out about 20 moons to fleets he crashed.

Hopefully we all have better luck in this universe!

yes admiral, lets definitly hope we have much better luck than he did, 52 moonshots is just way to many tries for me

I've had quite a few moons, back in uni2 and uni6. in uni 6, took only 2 moonshots to get my moon =]

Oh, i can remember when i played the german uni 22 i think, i had about 20 moonshots till i finally got one, i was so annoying... But then, with gates and stuff, it was really nice playing. Think i had 3 moons on that acc. Hope i can get as much in this uni ^^

Am I the only one having trouble getting onto the ogame board? The Us/EU countries seem to be working but .org isn't for me. Any clue?

Oh and also, colonised a new planet and got commander for 3 days (this is the second time now lol) looks like my tutorials reset so free stuff here I come

It doesn't work for me either so it's problem with them. Now to continue discussion, I'm new to this design and it seems that they inserted all plugins that previous version required (time of arrival etc,from mozilla). Are there any useful mozilla plugins for new ogame?

i used foxgame with the former version of ogame
but it doesn't seem to work with the new one

what ogame add-ons do u use?

i used to use foxgame with it until it stopped working so im grand with what i have now ... thinking of using commander for it ... quicker instead of using calculator (the brain) lol

i dont use any addons at all

just various calculators like speedsim or oraiders

well i didnt want to make another thread for one question, but i have tried some missile attacks but i cannot check how long they will hit. how do i check when it reaches its target?

a lot has changed from the last time i played ogame.
it would usually display the time limit for the missile to reach the target.

so the missile may take 15s in your home system
and 30s more per system in addition

Well, guess who got a new planet?

yup that would be me..
its great cause it has 218 fields
and i've decided to have most planets in gal7, as close to eachother as possible but still having 200+ fields. i feel that it will suit my type of gameplay more. i dont do many raids, maybe occasionally when i have the time, and i really dont like to worry all the time about being attacked. so having a place with low population feels much better, although if i ever do want to change it up, i have 2 planets in gal 1. Gal7 is just there for when i want to get away from the ruckas.

good or bad plan? whats your opinion?
